1. COMPREHENSIVE RETURN, REFUND & STATUTORY WARRANTY POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive), you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. Effects of Withdrawal and Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

(i.e., you may try the garment on to check the size and fit, but you may not wear it for normal use, wash it, or remove the tags. Doing so may result in a deduction from your refund).

 

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom-tailored clothing).

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear with removed hygiene stickers).

5. Statutory Warranty for Defects (Rękojmia)

Independently of your right of withdrawal, under Polish Civil Code, we are under a strict legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract. If a product you purchased from us turns out to be defective, you are entitled to make a claim under the statutory warranty (rękojmia). The statutory warranty period lasts for 2 years from the date the goods are delivered to you.

Under the statutory warranty, you may request:

  1. Repair of the defective item.

  2. Replacement of the defective item with a new one.

  3. A price reduction.

  4. Withdrawal from the contract (only if the defect is significant).
